Chassis service
The geometry of the frame, respectively chassis of a kart is challenging both, driver and mechanic again and again. To find an optimal setup for the corresponding race track, the chassis must be measured regularily, since the it gets worn or deformed even during normal operation. Often times this occurs unrecognised and especially unestablished pilots wonder about a change in driving behaviour, which is consequently tried to be regulated by changes in the setup. A regular measurement of the kart may save much time, trouble and and least also money. At racing events the signs of wear are correspondingly higher and in the worst case, accidencial damages have to be measured and repaired as precise as possible. For this case, the KSCA Kart Shop offers a service for the repair of the kart frame. With the highly precise Laser measurement system of sniper in combination with high-quality aligning tool and a high-quality straightening bench, a misadjustment can be inspected real quick and relieable and above all, corrected. Not only the geometry of the frame can be inspected concerning paralelity and spread, but also smaller accidencial damages can be corrcted. All this makes the repair of a frame not even expensive. Engine repair and service
Let your engine be checked and repaired by experienced and qualified personnel only. In a workshop, specially equipped with and for kart engines, including all special tools. Also, we are authorised service centre for Rotax engines, which entitels us to execute warranty repair services and even the plombing, neccessary for races! Additionally our work shop is equipped with all machinery and devices for the optimisation of engines!

Optimisation of engines and tuning
We at KSCA have high level expertise concerning tuning and engine optimisation. With our new and up-to-date engine test bench, we are able to check upon the slightest changes and optimisation with a norm protocol and find a guaranteed result concerning power and force! Especially with Rotax engines, such an optimisation for racing sports is indispensable. Upon request, we offer a selection of inexpensive packages for the engine optimisation.
